Step 3: Fold the whipped egg whites into the mascarpone mixture.

Step 4: Dip one ladyfinger at a time into the espresso mixture and line the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.

Step 5: Pour half of the mascarpone mixture over the top of the ladyfingers.

Step 6: Dip the remaining ladyfingers into the espresso mixture and place them over the top of the first layer.

Step 7: Pour the remaining mascarpone mixture over the second layer of ladyfingers.

Step 8: Sprinkle the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder.

Step 9: Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
